Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage the planning and implementation of Key People Initiatives based on current and future business needs, primarily in Talent Management and Organizational Development, as well as all associated administrative duties
  • Support and drive employee survey initiatives, covering data collection, analysis, reporting, and cross-stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and effective delivery
  • Assist in overseas assignment, internal transfer, and relocation processes, including documentation preparation, vendor coordination, timeline tracking, and employee communication to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support the planning and delivery of talent development programs, including logistics coordination, materials preparation, participant tracking, and post-program evaluation.
  • Work closely with HRBPs, COEs, and business teams to ensure people programs are well-coordinated, clearly communicated, and consistently implemented.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and able to build relationships and work collaboratively across functions.
