JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented Shop Assistant to support the daily operations of Shop Annyeong.

The Shop Assistant will assist customers, manage inquiries and orders, maintain the store, support inventory activities, and help ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Sales

* Welcome and assist customers in-store.

* Answer customer inquiries through Facebook Messenger/Page chat and other channels.

* Recommend products based on customer needs.

* Explain product features, pricing, and availability.

* Process customer orders and payments.

* Assist with packaging and preparing customer purchases.

Online & Social Media Support

* Respond promptly and professionally to Facebook inquiries.

* Assist in processing online orders.

* Help maintain accurate product and order information.

* Canva and Meta Business Suite knowledge is an advantage, but not required.

Store Operations

* Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable.

* Arrange and replenish merchandise.

* Assist with inventory counting and monitoring.

* Report low-stock or damaged items.

* Help with receiving and organizing deliveries.

General Support

* Assist with day-to-day shop operations.

* Support promotional activities and sales initiatives.

* Perform other reasonable tasks related to store operations.

* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer-service objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Customer-oriented and friendly personality.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual.

* Willing to learn about Shop Annyeong's premium ceramic souvenirs and products.

* Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

* Basic computer and social media skills.

* Previous retail, sales, or customer-service experience is an advantage but not required.
