As a Shoot Producer at Sunnies Face, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating photo and video shoots for Sunnies Face. You will ensure that all aspects of production run smoothly, from preproduction planning to post-production photo turnover. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a love for makeup, passion for creativity and agile problem-solving abilities. On top of this, a keen eye for detail to maintain our brand's high standards of visual content.
Job Description:
Pre-production Planning:
Manage shoot timelines, budget, deadlines and target dates
Work with Creative director, brand team and other key members to plan shoot must haves
Collaborate with creative teams to develop shoot mood board, concepts and themes.
Create and manage production timelines, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate logistics including locations, permits, travel, and equipment rentals.
Production Coordination:
Contact and put together supplier / production team, negotiating and finalizing contracts.
Manage on-set activities, including scheduling, crew management, and talent coordination.
Lead the shoot production - product brief before shoot and on the day of, manage all the moving parts, point person for all shoot questions
Oversee the execution of photo and video shoots, ensuring adherence to timelines and creative briefs.
Manage clothes ordering and returning
Manage all items to be shot and returned after shoot
Facilitate communication between creative teams, talent, and external vendors.
Budget Management:
Track expenses throughout the production process, Ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
Negotiate rates with vendors and suppliers to optimize production costs.
Facilitate all shoot related payments.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standard of quality and consistency across all visual content produced.
Address any issue or challenges that arise during production promptly and effectively
All Shoot Related Item:
Be the point person for all shoot (Model, Video and Production) related Items
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, Film Production, or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Shoot Producer or similar role in the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, including pre-production, production, and postproduction workflows.
Proficiency in budget management and cost optimization.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
