Shipping & Logistics Coordinator (Full-Time, Remote)
We're hiring a shipping and logistics coordinator to own the movement of product from our clients to our creators and back. When a shipment is late, an address is wrong, or a package goes missing, you're the person who catches it before it becomes someone else's problem.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating outbound shipments: generating labels, scheduling pickups, and getting product out the door on time
- Tracking every shipment in transit and proactively flagging delays, exceptions, and lost packages
- Collecting and verifying shipping addresses, then chasing down the ones that come back incomplete or undeliverable
- Managing returns and reshipments, including damaged and refused deliveries
- Working with carriers and 3PLs on claims, disputes, and service issues
- Maintaining accurate records of what shipped, to whom, when, and at what cost
- Communicating status to internal teams and to recipients — clearly, and before they have to ask
- Spotting where the process breaks repeatedly and proposing fixes rather than absorbing the same problem every week
You'll do well here if
- You're detail-obsessed with addresses, tracking numbers, and dates — small errors here get expensive fast
- You follow up relentlessly and don't let open items sit
- You stay organized when volume spikes and several shipments go sideways at once
- You write clearly and can handle a frustrated recipient without escalating it
- You're comfortable living in spreadsheets, carrier portals, and tracking dashboards
Nice to have
Prior experience in shipping, fulfillment, e-commerce ops, 3PL coordination, or supply chain. Familiarity with carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL), shipping software (ShipStation, EasyPost, Shippo), and Google Workspace. Experience filing carrier claims is a real plus.
