Role Description The Shipping and Documentation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig, responsible for overseeing all export and domestic shipping documentation processes/ Shipment monitoring / Purchase order Management. This role coordinates the preparation, verification, and timely issuance of shipping documents like commercial invoice, packing list, country of origin , collation of Bills of lading, Forwarders Cargo receipt ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The supervisor monitors shipment schedules, works closely with logistics providers, warehouse teams, and customer service to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining organized documentation records, resolving discrepancies, updating internal systems, and generating shipping and compliance reports. The role also involves guiding and training team members on documentation procedure , Shipment monitoring and supporting continuous process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
