Role Description The Shipping and Documentation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig, responsible for overseeing all export and domestic shipping documentation processes/ Shipment monitoring / Purchase order Management. This role coordinates the preparation, verification, and timely issuance of shipping documents like commercial invoice, packing list, country of origin , collation of Bills of lading, Forwarders Cargo receipt ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The supervisor monitors shipment schedules, works closely with logistics providers, warehouse teams, and customer service to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining organized documentation records, resolving discrepancies, updating internal systems, and generating shipping and compliance reports. The role also involves guiding and training team members on documentation procedure , Shipment monitoring and supporting continuous process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Documentation and Document Management skills, including preparing, organizing, and maintaining shipping and compliance records.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and customers regarding shipment status and document requirements.
  • Candidates should possess solid Quality Assurance skills to review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and customer standards.
  • Candidates must have strong experience in monitoring and tracking shipments from origin to final delivery, ensuring visibility throughout the end-to-end logistics process.
  • Candidates should possess Training skills to coach and guide team members on documentation procedures and best practices.
  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools and ERP or logistics systems for documentation and reporting.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in logistics, business, or a related field.
