Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following job responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the day to day activities of Computer Operators and Systems Monitoring Specialists on shift who are engaged in the following functions: Batch Processing (EOD and BOD), Backup and Restore Activities, Report Generation, Monitoring of Scheduled Tasks, and System Monitoring.
• Ensure availability of production reports turned-over to DCOD for monitoring.
• Ensure all shift's job runs schedules and priority tasks including previous shift's job turn-over are done as instructed.
• Ensure proactively monitoring and timely escalation of enterprise system warnings and alarms to responsible support group.

Qualifications

• BS degree holder of any IT- or engineering-related course.
• Minimum of three (3) years supervisory or team lead experience in data center processing, system support and operations environment.
• With relevant experience in Data Center Operations, Mainframe Operations, or Systems Monitoring.
