Role Overview:

Primary Function: We're looking for a Shift Manager to join our team and help us lead and execute warehouse operations during assigned shifts under Project TOMI.

As a Shift Manager, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient inbound, outbound, and transfer activities while achieving operational KPIs and maintaining real-time visibility through SAP S/4 HANA.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or distribution center operations experience.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or shift leadership experience.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, inventory, and transfer operations.
  • Familiarity with mechanized warehouse operations and throughput management.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, GDP, and warehouse safety standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Willing to be based in Marilao, Bulacan

Preferred Qualifications:

The position requires strong leadership, warehouse operations expertise, mechanized distribution center experience, and the ability to drive compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and FDA GDP standards.
