Role Description

The Shift Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig. This team member will oversee the daily operations of the store during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, providing top-notch customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The Shift Manager also trains team members, addresses customer concerns, and ensures timely delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to supervise and motivate team members effectively, manage schedules, and lead a team toward achieving operational goals.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Operational Expertise: Knowledge of inventory management, basic financial tracking, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems efficiently, and maintain store orderliness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication to liaise with staff and customers effectively.
  • Food and Beverage Industry Experience (preferred): Experience in the F&B or quick-service restaurant industry will be an advantage.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required; further education in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
