Job Description:

Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch
Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks
Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control
Lead, train & manage the store team.
Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams
Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance
Handle escalations and peak volume operations
Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost)

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail operations
Good leadership & team handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong coordination & communication skills [English + Tagalog]
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email)
