Your Key Responsibilities
Lead Operations: Monitor daily production to hit schedules and output targets.
Optimize Processes: Analyze workflows, minimize waste, and maximize machine utilization.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate smoothly with Warehouse, Purchasing, Maintenance, and QA.
Safety & Quality Champion: Enforce GMP, HACCP, Halal, Food Safety, and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) standards.
Who We Are Looking For
Education: Graduate of Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or any related Engineering degree.
Experience: 1–2 years in manufacturing/production is a major plus, but Fresh Graduates with strong academic backgrounds are highly welcome to apply!
Skills: Knowledgeable in production planning, process improvement, and equipment uptime.
Flexibility: Willing to work in San Juan City and handle shifting schedules.
Location: San Juan City
Salary: ₱22,000 – ₱25,000/month
