The Sheetmetal Mechanic shall perform all tasks that pertain to the repair, modification of structural parts of the aircraft/component or fabrication of metal proponent for maintenance purposes.
Who Are We Looking For
PAL express is open for experienced & skilled Sheetmetal Mechanic levels A and B.
- Graduate of any two-year Aircraft Technical Course, preferably Bachelor's
- Holder of a valid and current Aircraft Mechanic's Specialist (AMS) with Sheetmetal rating issued by CAAP
- Must have at least 2 years experience as Sheetmetal Mechanic.
Major Responsibility Areas
- Accomplishes sheet metal works as required in the maintenance checks, work Instructions, and applicable repair manuals in accordance with the procedures and standards set forth in the applicable manuals, manufacturer's specifications, and Airworthiness Authority regulations.
- Determines defects and unsatisfactory conditions present in the aircraft and diagnoses their causes to pinpoint areas or systems where corrective actions are needed.
- Signs off work accomplishments in the appropriate records, forms and other documents, which may be needed in the performance of duties.
