Shared Services Specialist

Role Description:

This is a entry level, full-time, on-site role for a Shared Services Specialist who will be assigned in various offices in McKinley Hill, Taguig City or Eastwood, Quezon City. The Shared Services Specialist is responsible for responding to customer interactions and resolve actionable issues within the allotted time frame depending on the issue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the contact for client interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure client concerns are addressed promptly.
• Provide clients with timely updates and feedback regarding the status of their inquiries.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of residential client requests and effective resolution of complaints.
• Document all interactions using a ticket reference number, provide regular status updates, and ensure the timely closure of each transaction.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• A graduate with a Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course.
• Fresh graduate with prior work experience in the customer service industry/BPO are welcome to apply.
• At least 6 months of work experience in the customer service industry/BPO experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRMs.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to work on a midshift schedule (2PM - 12AM), weekends, and/or holidays.
• Willing to be assigned in McKinley Hill, Taguig/Eastwood, Quezon City.
