A well-established group of companies involve with construction and real estate business in Cebu City is looking for a Shared Services Manager as part of its local expansion
Work Duration: Hybrid work set-up (Mon-Sat, full time and permanent)
Key Responsibilities
In general, the SSM will be responsible for developing and implementing the group's shared services vision, strategies, policies, and procedures that will help support the group's business growth and efficiency across the organization.
Specifically, the SSM will be expected to:
- Develop and implement the shared services framework, strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the overall business objectives of the organization.
- Manage the build-up of capacities vis--vis anticipated volume of transactions of subsidiaries and affiliates in collaboration with the Operating Units.
- Develop the services pricing strategy and cost management to ensure sustainability of the service platform.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of shared services to subsidiaries and affiliates in a timely and efficient manner in collaboration with the Business Units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee a team of shared services professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring as required.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to shared services operations.
Competencies of the SSM
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree
- Preferably coming from a BPO or shared services industry
- Has at least 15 years of experience
- Has background with SAP
