Shared Services Director
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Shared Services Director to lead and optimize shared services operations across the organization. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strengthening governance, improving service delivery, and ensuring alignment between shared services functions and overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strong people and operations leader with experience managing cross-functional support teams, stakeholder relationships, and transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic alignment of shared services functions to support business goals and organizational transformation
- Drive initiatives focused on operational excellence, process improvement, service delivery, manpower allocation, and cost optimization
- Develop and implement governance policies, standards, and guidelines across shared services functions
- Monitor performance through service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
- Partner closely with stakeholders and affiliate units to understand business needs and strengthen shared services support
- Ensure proper charging and allocation of shared services labor costs among affiliate units
- Identify opportunities for process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Lead and mentor shared services teams while promoting collaboration and accountability across functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven leadership experience in shared services, operations, business transformation, or corporate support functions
- Strong background in process improvement, governance, and stakeholder management
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational efficiency initiatives
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities
- Experience in a multi-entity or group/shared services environment is an advantage
