Role Title: Shared Service Coordinator

​Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Shared Services Coordinator to support and streamline change management processes across our global operations. This role plays a critical part in coordinating cross-functional activities, ensuring smooth execution of system changes, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end change control processes for shared services initiatives
  • Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and ensure timely follow-ups with managers and stakeholders
  • Support system migrations and operational changes, including work during off-hours when required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of changes
  • Track, monitor, and report on change requests, ensuring compliance with established processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation within knowledge management system 
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in change control or change management processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working during off-hours to support critical migration windows
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira, Confluence, and Bamboo
  • Experience supporting or working with insurance industry clients is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
