Company Description Shang Properties, Inc. (SPI) is a publicly listed real estate investment and development company that has been operating in the Philippines since 1987. Focused on office and retail leasing and residential development, SPI aims to be the leading developer and manager of prime properties in the country. The company owns and operates Shangri-La Plaza, a well-established upscale lifestyle mall, and holds a majority stake in KSA Realty Corporation, owner of The Enterprise Center in the premier financial district. SPI has an expanding residential portfolio of high-rise condominiums in prime locations, including projects in Makati, Ortigas Center, Bonifacio Global City, and other key areas. The company also holds a significant stake in Shangri-La at the Fort, a prominent five-star international hotel in the Philippines.

Role Description The Shang Property Advisors will be responsible for promoting and selling SRPI/ SPI's residential properties, providing clients with accurate information on project features, pricing, and availability. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing sales proposals and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and representing the company professionally at events, roadshows, and client meetings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandaluyong City, requiring regular collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Qualifications

  • Real estate sales experience, including lead generation, client consultation, and closing transactions.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client partnerships.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends, property valuation basics, and relevant regulations in the Philippines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Filipino or other local languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and inquiries, and meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Valid Real Estate license in the Philippines or willingness and eligibility to obtain one.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for tracking leads, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to providing a positive client experience.
