Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin cum Assistant to support both administrative and operational functions within our warehouse. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory management, timely documentation, efficient warehouse operations, and smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Administration

  • Prepare, process, and maintain warehouse-related documents, including delivery orders, invoices, stock transfer forms, and receiving records.

  • Ensure all records and filing systems are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Perform data entry and generate reports as required.

2. Inventory Control

  • Monitor inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records.

  • Update inventory data in the warehouse management system.

  • Assist in conducting periodic stock counts and inventory audits.

  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.

3. Receiving and Dispatch Support

  • Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments.

  • Verify delivery documents against physical stock received or dispatched.

  • Ensure all shipment records are accurately documented and updated.

4. Warehouse Operations Support

  • Assist in picking, packing, labeling, and sorting of goods when required.

  • Support day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

5. Coordination and Communication

  • Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, customers, and internal departments regarding inventory and shipment matters.

  • Communicate stock availability and delivery schedules to relevant stakeholders.

  • Support the warehouse team in resolving operational issues.

6. Compliance and Safety

  • Adhere to company policies, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety regulations.

  • Ensure proper handling and storage of goods.

  • Support workplace safety initiatives and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Positive attitude, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Inventory accuracy rate.

  • Timeliness and accuracy of document processing.

  • Stock count accuracy.

  • On-time shipment preparation and dispatch.

  • Reduction of inventory discrepancies.

  • Compliance with warehouse procedures and safety requirements.

Working Location

  • Tuas Avenue 1 (West Area)

Working Hours (5.5-day work week)

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
