The opportunity

In the Associate Data and Analytics role, you will be part of a team that focuses on placing Data and AI at the core of business transformation. Data and Analytics is the community where we build specialist skills and platforms where Data, AI, and hyper-automation are core capabilities.

We work with our clients to understand their data environment and help them through their journey to become a data-driven organization.

Your key responsibilities

In servicing clients

Understand our client's businesses, their processes, the technologies, and the software they use to identify opportunities for improvements

Provide support on the client's technology transformation initiative to help them be a data-driven organization

Help communicate the impact of your results and recommendations for improvement directly with clients

Contribute to the timely delivery of quality deliverables

Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel

Maintain regular contact with seniors, managers, and team members

Stay informed of the general business, economic, and technical developments, and understand the impact on the client

Business and Technology Consulting contribution

Develop yourself through active participation in training and proactively seek opportunities to learn new knowledge and skills to help build competencies

Take charge of your career with the guidance of your counselor to maximize your experience with technology consulting and provide value to clients

Build and maintain relationships with colleagues in SGV and in the industry through participation in professional organizations

Build relationships with clients and work with other service lines

Understand our services to better help our clients solve their problems with the appropriate team and service
