Job Description

. Experience handling Executive/C-Level Support

. Experience with supporting Windows 10/11 and MacOS

. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Administration

. Experience with scripting (PowerShell)

. Experience with running AV event / conference room support

. Exposure to Citrix Cloud/XenDesktop/XenApp

. Exposure to Microsoft Azure Administration (endpoint/exchange/VDI)

. Exposure to ticket queue management (ServiceNow)

. Exposure to Intune and JAMF Device Management

. Collaborate effectively with the infrastructure engineering teams and the business
