Requirements
At least high school graduate or vocational course
Proficient in all facets of sewing standard operating procedures and process flow
Basic management skills (planning, organizing, written and v communication skills, decision making, Flexibility leadership, Numerical ability leadership)
Minimum of two (2) years operational in handling sewing operations in a garment manufacturing
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the sewing line.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Train and mentor sewing line staff.
Monitor and maintain sewing equipment.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.
Implement safety and quality control procedures.
Manage work schedules and shift rotations.
Resolve production issues promptly.
Maintain inventory of sewing materials.
Report production metrics to management.
