Setup Specialist (Initial Disclosure Specialist)

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field ONLY. Applicants without this degree requirement will not be considered.

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Setup Specialist to join our mortgage operations team. Your main responsibility is to prepare and review initial mortgage disclosures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to borrowers. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants long-term stability, growth, and a work-from-home setup.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review initial mortgage disclosures with strict attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure disclosures are delivered on time and in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Coordinate with loan officers, processors, and internal teams to collect required information.
• Stay updated on mortgage regulations and compliance requirements.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies in disclosure documents.
• Help improve internal policies, checklists, and workflows for the disclosure process.
• Maintain well-organized and accurate documentation of disclosure activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field (required).
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.
• Experience in US mortgage industry is a plus but not required.
