We're hiring a Settlements Senior Analyst to take ownership of critical trade settlement activities, work with global stakeholders, and help drive accurate and efficient post-trade operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage trade matching, pre-matching, and settlement activities.
- Monitor and resolve unmatched trades, settlement breaks, and discrepancies.
- Perform trade and inventory reconciliations and investigate exceptions.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, brokers, counterparties, and regional teams.
- Monitor operational risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support claims investigation and trade lifecycle activities.
- Prepare reports and track outstanding items using Excel and other tools.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in trade settlements or trade operations.
- Experience supporting physical or financial products.
- Strong knowledge of trade matching, reconciliation, and exception management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work non-standard hours aligned with APAC trading operations.
