Settlement Manager

He/She/They will be responsible for assisting in planning the operating functions of Chargeback, Settlement and Transaction Posting units.

The Responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Ensures the smooth operations of Chargeback, Settlement and Transaction Posting units in accordance with internal rules and regulations.
• Monitor the timely and accurate resolution of GL items.
• Ensures balance work distribution among team members.
• Implement process enhancement resulting to cost saving, risk mitigation and process improvement.

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be:

• Bachelor's degree holder (4-year or 5-year course)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with managerial capacity in large organization, preferably a credit company
• Has experience in card issuing/acquiring operations specifically in accounting, authorization, settlement and chargeback as well as proficiency in card systems and other related card applications.
• Background in Card System's UAT, development and implementation

You must be willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
