Role Description The Services Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila, responsible for generating and growing revenue for the company's services portfolio. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting sales presentations and product/service demonstrations, and preparing proposals and quotations tailored to client needs. The Services Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and pipeline management to negotiation and closing deals, while maintaining accurate records in sales tools or CRM systems. The role includes regular client meetings, follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, and coordination with internal teams to support service delivery and account growth. This position also requires monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and meet or exceed assigned targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in consultative selling, account management, and relationship building in a services or solutions environment.
  • Ability to conduct needs analysis, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at various levels.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or professional services setting.
  • Solid understanding of basic financial and commercial concepts relevant to pricing, margins, and revenue growth.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila and travel locally for client visits and meetings as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in the local market and familiarity with industry trends and competitive landscape is an advantage.
