Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Service Delivery Execution: Oversee the delivery of operational services to external customers, ensuring timely and efficient service in line with contractual agreements.
- Capability Ownership: Own and develop assigned Products and Capabilities, demonstrating expertise in the development and delivery of supply chain solutions for our customers.
- Contract Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance with all contractual obligations, including service level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements, and where absent from head contract, define and measure service delivery KPIs. Manage subcontracts with suppliers to assure contracted performance, measuring and reporting KPIs, and assuring compliance with Toll HSSEQ standards.
- Customer Relationship Management: Engage with our customers for the assigned Products and Capabilities, developing effective relationships with customer stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned external customers, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet service delivery goals and optimize performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on service performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction, and present findings to local management.
- Safe Workplace: Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with Toll's Safety Obsessed workplace culture, quality assurance principles and environmental responsibilities.
