Your Day-to-Day

Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications.

Develop Service Catalog items, request workflows, and approval processes.

Configure and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Work with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.

Customize dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.

Implement Service Portal enhancements and UI/UX improvements.

Support upgrades, patches, and new releases.

Collaborate with administrators, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.

Document technical designs, workflows, and configurations.

Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and new features.

Recommend improvements to existing processes and applications.

Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and organizational policies.

What We're Looking For

5 years minimum experience in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).

Hands-on experience with API integration (REST and SOAP).

Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols.

Skilled in T-SQL for database management and query optimization.

Experience in ETL processes and data pipeline management.

Familiarity with SSIS or SSRS for reporting and analytics.

Ability to perform data transformation and ensure data integrity across systems.
