ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant (Risk & Security)

Role Overview

The role focuses on implementing ServiceNow solutions covering enterprise risk, governance, compliance, and/or security operations. The consultant will work with stakeholders to translate security and risk requirements into ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow Risk & Security solutions.
• Implement solutions involving ServiceNow IRM/GRC and/or SecOps.
• Configure workflows, business rules, integrations, and automation.
• Translate risk, compliance, and security requirements into technical solutions.
• Support modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Third-Party Risk, Security Incident Response, and Vulnerability Response depending on project requirements.
• Integrate ServiceNow with security and enterprise platforms.
• Participate in solution design and technical workshops.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong ServiceNow implementation/development experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least one major Risk or Security module, particularly:
• IRM / GRC
• Risk Management
• Policy & Compliance
• Third-Party Risk Management
• SecOps
• Security Incident Response
• Vulnerability Response
• ServiceNow configuration/development skills.
• Experience working with enterprise integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Consulting or stakeholder-facing experience.

• ServiceNow CSA.
• Relevant CIS certification in IRM, GRC, SecOps, or related modules.
• Experience across both IRM/GRC and SecOps.
