ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant (HRSD / GBS)

Role Overview

Design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions supporting employee services and HR workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Build employee service and HR case-management workflows.
• Configure Employee Center and related employee experience capabilities.
• Develop workflows using Flow Designer and ServiceNow development tools.
• Integrate HRSD with HRIS and other enterprise platforms.
• Participate in solution design and requirements workshops.
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Provide technical guidance on HRSD architecture and best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong ServiceNow development/consulting experience.
• Hands-on HRSD / HR Service Delivery implementation experience.
• Experience with HR Case Management and employee workflows.
• ServiceNow development/configuration capability.
• Integration experience.
• Strong stakeholder communication.
  
  

Preferred

• Employee Center experience.
• Enterprise HR transformation or Global Business Services experience.
• CSA/CAD/CIS-HR certification.
