ServiceNow QA/Tester

Job Description:

• 2-8 years hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow applications
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated (ATF) test scripts.
• Good to have experience in ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/HRSD modules
• Good to have knowledge on Selenium/Playwright Automation
• Have experience working on agile and scrum methodology.
• Experience with defect management applications like HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps, Test Management Tool 2.0.
• Experience with developing and implementing efficient QA processes and best practices.
• Must be flexible to work on any project requirements and work timings.
• Report overall testing status back to onshore leadership.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
