Job Description
We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Specialist to manage, support, and enhance the ServiceNow platform across both production and non-production environments. This role is responsible for platform administration, governance, development, integrations, upgrades, and CMDB management, ensuring a secure, stable, and high-performing ServiceNow ecosystem that meets business and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow platform across enterprise environments.
- Manage user accounts, groups, roles, ACLs, and platform security controls.
- Configure and maintain forms, tables, UI Policies, Business Rules, Notifications, Service Catalog items, and workflows.
- Execute platform upgrades, patching, instance cloning, and release management activities.
- Monitor platform health and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Support governance initiatives, compliance requirements, and health scan remediation efforts.
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions through scripting, automation, and configuration.
- Design, implement, and support REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server architecture.
- Maintain and improve CMDB accuracy and ITSM processes.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver platform enhancements.
- Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and platform training.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of platform changes and releases.

Required Experience

- Proven experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades, cloning activities, and release deployments.
- Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow integrations and workflow automation.
- Background supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
