ServiceNow Platform Engineer

Role Overview

Build and maintain enterprise ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, data flows, and reusable technical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Work with IntegrationHub and Workflow Data Fabric.
• Configure and maintain MID Servers.
• Develop REST/SOAP/API integrations.
• Work with authentication and enterprise connectivity.
• Develop using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Support CMDB/CSDM and platform data architecture.
• Build workflows and automation using ServiceNow tools.
• Support Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Agents, and related AI capabilities where applicable.
• Troubleshoot platform and integration issues.
• Establish scalable technical patterns and platform standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong ServiceNow engineering/development experience.
• Strong enterprise integration background.
• IntegrationHub.
• REST/SOAP/API integration.
• MID Server experience.
• JavaScript / Glide.
• CMDB/CSDM understanding.
• Experience working in complex enterprise ServiceNow environments.
