We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Platform Developer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions to enhance our business operations and improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement ServiceNow workflows and integrations with other systems.
• Manage and optimize ServiceNow database performance and configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and functionalities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and features.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customization of ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integration technologies, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
