Role: ServiceNow Platform Developer

Work Location: Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid; usually 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH

Required Technical Skills

Candidates should demonstrate strong hands-on experience in:

• ServiceNow platform development and support
• JavaScript, Glide API, and Script Includes
• Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Service Catalog and Request Management
• Incident, Change, and Problem Management
• CMDB
• REST/SOAP integrations
• Update Sets and Source Control

Key Responsibilities

The role will support ServiceNow platform stability and continuous improvement through:

• Development and support of ServiceNow applications and modules
• Configuration of workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Items
• Troubleshooting platform incidents and defects, including root-cause analysis and permanent fixes
• Support for upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance
• Development and troubleshooting of integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs
• Technical documentation, code reviews, production deployments, and change implementation

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred
