ServiceNow ITAM Specialist | Hybrid | LTIMindtree

LTIMindtree is looking for a ServiceNow ITAM Specialist to support and enhance enterprise-wide Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) initiatives. This role focuses on software governance, license compliance, CMDB alignment, asset lifecycle management, and software vetting processes to ensure secure, compliant, and cost-effective IT asset operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions.
• Handle SAM Pro (Software Asset Management) and HAM Pro (Hardware Asset Management).
• Drive software vetting, license compliance, and asset governance.
• Manage the full IT asset lifecycle (procurement to retirement).
• Support integrations with multiple platforms.
• Maintain CMDB data accuracy, normalization, and reconciliation.
