ABOUT THE JOB
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and usability across all environments.
- Perform application maintenance, including performance monitoring, error identification, and remediation.
- Manage support for incidents and provide timely resolution.
- Lead planning and execution of platform upgrades.
- Oversee instance security, including user/group access, administration, and access control lists.
- Provide configuration assistance and support to developers.
- Collaborate within an Agile Safe environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure effective management of cloud-based platforms.
- Utilize expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CSM.
- Administer and support additional ICT systems and Jira as required.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in ServiceNow administration with at least 3 years in a similar position.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and modules (ITSM, CSM).
- Experience administering ICT systems and Jira.
- Expertise working in Agile Safe environments.
- Strong background in cloud platform management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse teams.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in English; any additional language is a plus.
