Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow and software development methodologies.
- Document software designs, processes, and technical specifications for future reference.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members on ServiceNow Discovery functionalities.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules and applications, particularly in ITSM and ITOM.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse team
