ServiceNow Developers (ServiceNow Architects, ServiceNow SMEs)
- Provide both functional and technical expertise across the planning, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications. In this role, you will work with an agile mindset to deliver value through scalable and innovative ServiceNow solutions, supporting multiple projects of varying complexity.

- ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development
- Workflow and automation implementation
- Agile-based delivery and sprint execution
- Testing, deployment, and platform upgrade support
- Incident resolution and technical troubleshooting

- Technical documentation and delivery ownership
Required Skills
- Hands on ServiceNow development or solution architecture experience
- Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation, configuration, customization, or development experience.
- Demonstrated experience in at least one or more ServiceNow product lines: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in a project or production environment.
