Your Day-to-Day
Development & Scripting
- Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and automation using JavaScript and Flow Designer.
- Create and maintain UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and catalog items.
CMDB & Data Management
- Define and maintain CMDB relationships and data models.
- Ensure proper data attributes, formatting, and compliance with CSDM framework.
- Implement processes for identification, reconciliation, deduplication, enrichment, archival, and deletion of CI data.
Authentication & Security
- Configure and support SAML, SSO, and secure authentication mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
Cloud Resource Integration
- Manage accounts and integrate cloud core resources (compute, network, storage) with ServiceNow.
- Support automation and orchestration for cloud services.
Integration & API Management
- Develop and maintain integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Manage and support API endpoints for direct integration with external systems.
Discovery & Asset Management
- Configure and tune Discovery tools for accurate asset identification.
- Perform baseline discovery and ensure data integrity in CMDB.
What We're Looking For
- Scripting skills preferably JavaScript, Flow designer
- CMDB relationship definition
- Data attribute and formatting
- SAML & SSO
- Account Management * Cloud core resources (compute, network, storage)
- API endpoint management & support
- SNOW integration hub
- Discovery tool configuration and tuning
- Baseline discovery of assets
- Identification, reconciliation, deduplication, enrichment, archival and deletion.
Work Setup
Location: Makati, hybrid setup (2 days work from office)
Shift: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
