Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules.
  • Provide technical leadership to the ServiceNow development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root cause analysis to ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, platform optimization, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and development standards.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring developers.
  • Strong experience with one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Glide APIs.
  • Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, or MID Server.
  • Strong experience with Flow Designer, Workflow, Service Catalog, and custom application development.
  • Experience reviewing technical designs, conducting code reviews, and promoting development best practices.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions, estimate development efforts, and support project planning and delivery.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS) are highly preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile, multicultural environment while driving technical excellence.
