Abou the role: We're looking for a ServiceNow Professional to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in large-scale implementations while contributing to the growth of a global, market-leading practice.
Work Setup: Hybrid (2x a week RTO)
Work Shift: Flexible/ Rotational Shift
Work Location: Taguig or Cebu
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize ServiceNow (workflows, UI actions, client scripts, business rules)
- Build service request fulfillment workflows and process automations
- Perform integrations (Web Services, SOAP, Orchestration)
- Develop dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics solutions
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Execute system and integration testing
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong ServiceNow implementation background (HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM)
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS
- Knowledge of integrations, authentication (AD/LDAP/Azure), and Agile delivery
- Service Portal & Performance Analytics experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- ServiceNow and ITIL certifications (preferred)
