ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow Developer who is motivated, skilled, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and configuration: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules (like CSM, FSO), workflows, and catalog items. This includes setting up forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
- Integration: Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Customization: Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs.
- Data management: Manage data imports, exports, and transformations, and ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshooting and support: Provide technical support to users, identify and resolve software flaws, and conduct regression testing.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
Qualifications
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- ServiceNow Development experience (years based on job level) in Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Financial Services Operations (FSO) REQUIRED
- Plus, additional ServiceNow knowledge/micro-cert of at least one:
- Playbooks, Flow Designer, Now Assist / AI, Platform Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Service Portal, Catalog Items, Automated Test Framework (ATF)
