Job Description
- Employment Type: Contractual (6 months)
- Shift Schedule: Morning or Mid Shift (TBD)
- Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days RTO, 3 days WFH per week)
- Work Location: Robinsons Cybergate Tower Mandaluyong, Cubao or Uptown Taguig
- Salary Offer: ₱48,000–₱182,000 + ₱3,000 allowance (final offer TBD)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Hands-on ServiceNow development or solution architecture experience
• Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation, configuration, customization, or development experience
• Proven experience in one or more of the following ServiceNow product lines:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- SecOps
- IRM
- ITAM
- HRSD
- CSM
- SPM
• Demonstrated experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within project or production environments
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Requirements analysis and solution design
- ServiceNow configuration, customization, and development
- Workflow and automation implementation
- Agile delivery and sprint execution
- Testing, deployment, and platform upgrade support
- Incident resolution and technical troubleshooting
- Stakeholder collaboration and impact assessment
- Technical documentation and delivery ownership
