Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to join one of our dynamic client teams. Our client is a leading provider of IT solutions and services headquartered in Switzerland. With a strong reputation for delivering robust, secure, and scalable IT solutions, the client is expanding its global team to meet growing business demands.

In this role, as an experienced Senior ServiceNow Specialist you will help operate, enhance, and expand the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will also play a key role in driving technical leadership across modules, integrations, and process digitalization while ensuring that the platform delivers sustainable value to the business.

Responsibilities

Operate and configure the ServiceNow platform with a focus on stability and scalability

Improve and extend existing implementations, automations, and custom applications

Lead the design and development of new modules, features, and customizations

Translate business requirements into efficient ServiceNow workflows and digital solutions

Evaluate new requirements from both technical and business perspective

Receive, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests

Classify, prioritize, and properly document requests within the ticketing system

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering background

Strong practical experience in software development and workflow digitalization

Knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, or motivation to learn quickly

Experience with web APIs, integrations, and interface operations

ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with global teams

Impeccable record of conduct and professional integrity including a clear criminal record background check and credit check

Open to an initial 6-month engagement with the opportunity for permanent employment

Availability to work on fixed shifts:

oMonday Friday | 10:00 AM 7:00 PM DST

oMonday Friday | 9:00 AM 6:00 PM SDT
