As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and customizing the ServiceNow platform while delivering exceptional solutions for our enterprise customers across various domains.

Your main responsibilities and challenges:
- Delivering solutions based on ServiceNow platform for enterprise customers
- Leading a team and supervising its output and quality
- Be involved in various project roles: business analyst, solution architect, technical consultant
- Provide guidance to our customers and enable them to implement the best solutions
- Looking for true customer needs and offering solutions
- Communicate and cooperate with the customers in English (day-to-day communication, presentations, participation in workshops and meetings)
Your ideal professional background should look like:
- Very good knowledge of ServiceNow platform, proven experience as SN Architect or implementation team leader
- Experience with leading a team
- Motivation for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills
- ITIL certification (advantage not a condition)
- ServiceNow CIS/CAD/CTA/CMA certifications
- Practical experience with consulting and/or business analyses
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Proven practical experience with object-oriented programming
- Fluent communication in the English language
