About the Role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who can drive complex implementations, own platform modules, mentor technical teams, and deliver scalable solutions across enterprise environments.

What You Bring In...

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including implementation, configuration, customization, and platform development.
• Proven expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM.
• Strong experience with complex customizations, integrations, Service Portal/Workspace development, and workflow automation.
• Experience providing L2/L3 production support, platform maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery within Agile environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills with experience mentoring development teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead requirements analysis, solution design, and technical delivery for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
• Design, configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow solutions while owning platform modules and technical deliverables.
• Drive Agile delivery through sprint planning, development, testing, deployment, platform upgrades, and release management.
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot complex production issues, and perform impact assessments for enhancements and changes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Mentor team members, promote ServiceNow best practices, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
