Develop and Evolve Platform Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain the strategic architecture of the ServiceNow platform to support the continuous onboarding of new products and services, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with long-term business objectives.
Define and Optimize Onboarding Processes: Establish robust, repeatable processes and workflows within ServiceNow for the efficient and effective onboarding of new products, ensuring seamless integration with existing services and minimizing disruption to business operations.
Ensure Business Continuity and Resilience: Implement best practices and architectural patterns that enhance the resilience and continuity of critical business services managed within ServiceNow, proactively identifying and mitigating risks associated with new product integrations.
Lead Technical Integration and Data Management: Oversee the design and execution of integrations with other enterprise systems necessary for product onboarding, ensuring data integrity, security, and consistent data flow across the platform.
Provide Technical Governance and Expertise: Act as the primary subject matter expert for ServiceNow, establishing and enforcing governance standards, technical documentation, and best practices to maintain platform health, manage technical debt, and guide future development for long-term sustainability.
COMPETENCIES
Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)
At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow Platform Architecture & Design : Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including core capabilities and modules such as OMT and CSM. Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using best practices for configuration, customization, and integrations, ensuring alignment with platform strategy and long‑term scalability.
At least 2 years of experience with ITSM / ITIL Process Expertise & Business Process Integration: Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL) with the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient ServiceNow workflows. Ensures seamless integration of new products into existing operational processes while minimizing disruption and maintaining business continuity
At least 2 years of experience with Strategic Platform Evolution & Governance: Demonstrated ability to define and execute a long‑term ServiceNow platform roadmap. Skilled in establishing governance standards, managing technical debt, enforcing best practices, and proactively planning for future business and technology needs to support continuous product onboarding.
At least 2 years of experience with Complex Integrations & Data Management: Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems. Strong understanding of data flows, data integrity, and performance considerations to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable product onboarding across multiple platforms.
At least 2 years of experience with Stakeholder Engagement & Technical Leadership: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage business and technical stakeholders, gather and translate requirements, articulate architectural decisions, and drive consensus. Proven ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership to ensure successful adoption and delivery.
