Must-Have
10-12 years of experience in developing, publishing and maintaining Service Catalogue
Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills.
Identification of automation requirement and managing them for implementation
Work Collaborate with platform squads to assess ServiceNow and tools related to Service Management (monitoring, CMDB etc.) architecture design, evaluate deployment risks, and ensure platform solutions align with defined architectural and operational standards.
Embed governance controls and standards into all new platform rollouts through formal design checkpoints and release governance.
Recommend tool rationalization strategies (related to Service Integration/ Service Management) across the ecosystem, identify redundancies, and ensure platform integrity through ownership mapping and audits.
Maintain a current inventory of key platform tools related to Service Integration / Service Management (e.g., ITSM, Monitoring, CMDB) and assign clear tool/platform ownership with supporting SLAs.
Establish platform governance for shared services including definition of ownership, performance targets, compliance mandates, and lifecycle policies.
Define and document integration architecture for non-cloud-native components and establish integration blueprints and standards across towers.
Baseline the current-state tool architecture (related to Service Integration / Service Management), identify overlaps, and initiate regular platform audits to ensure continued architectural alignment.

Understanding of Service Management and Service Integration
ITIL 4 Foundation or at-least ITIL V3 Foundation certificate
