Lead and manage the GCC (Global Capability Center) squad, ensuring effective delivery, collaboration, and alignment with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership by analyzing complex requirements, resolving technical challenges, and recommending optimal solutions (Out-of-the-Box vs. custom development).
Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and platform governance across the team.
Coach and mentor team members to elevate technical capability, productivity, and overall performance.
Challenge existing processes and ways of working to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation.
Actively contribute to development activities by working on user stories or features when required.
Drive enhancements in CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency, reliability, and release quality.
Design and implement automated testing strategies to ensure high-quality delivery of features and user stories primarily within the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module.
Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow and held an architect or technical lead role.
5+ years of experience in development, with strong proficiency in JavaScript, ITSM within the ServiceNow platform.
5+ years of experience working with DevOps tools and practices, within an Agile delivery environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
5+ years of experience in people management, including leading technical teams, coaching developers, performance management, and driving team delivery.
