ServiceNow AI Engineering Manager

Join JTI GBS Manila as a ServiceNow AI Engineering Manager, where you'll lead the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you'll drive the adoption of Generative AI, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and related technologies to improve productivity, user experience, and business value while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and reliability.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Drive the adoption of AI and GenAI capabilities across the ServiceNow Delivery Center.
• Design and implement solutions using Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and related technologies.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through solution architecture, design reviews, proof of concepts, and complex implementations.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities into business processes and workflows.
• Establish engineering best practices covering security, governance, scalability, performance, and responsible AI.
• Mentor and guide teams in adopting AI-driven development practices and modern engineering approaches.

Who We're Looking For

• University Degree, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in development, engineering, architecture, or solution design roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and/or agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow Build Agent, IDE, and Fluent development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive innovation, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Previous experience leading engineering or development teams is an advantage.
