ServiceNow Administrator (ITAM)

We are currently partnering with one of our clients who is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator (ITAM) to join their team.

Contract: 12 months

Location: McKinley West, Taguig

Work Setup: Monday to Friday; Flexi mid-shift

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business requirements in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of ServiceNow administration, configuration, or development experience, with strong exposure to ITAM
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities
• Experience supporting system patching and upgrades, ensuring compatibility with ITAM configurations
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and ITAM-to-CMDB alignment
• Experience with Active Directory/LDAP and integrations is an advantage
• Knowledge of ITIL is required; ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS (any track) are preferred
